Libbie Market is interviewing for a full time butcher to work in our meat/seafood department. Duties would include (but are not be limited to):
-Wrapping, packaging, and pricing meats for sale
-Helping customers by serving them from the meat/seafood case
-Answering phones and taking orders
-Unloading deliveries and stocking shelves
-Trimming and cutting meats for sale
-Operating a meat grinder
-Operating a band saw
-Ordering products and supplies for the department
-Cleaning the butcher shop.counters, floors, sink, etc
Shifts would likely be a mix of opening and closing shifts. Weekend availability is required.
This is a full time job with benefits.
Experience and/or knowledge of meats is preferred.
