Residential Construction Team Member – General Contractor

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in residential construction (framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general labor experience preferred)
We are hiring for different skill level experiences and pay will vary depending on position and skill level
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, work well with others, and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Willingness to learn, take direction, take notes and follow written instructions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic hand tools (depending on experience level) and a pack out bag
Ability to lift, bend, and work on active job sites
Ability to work on ladders at height and in tight spaces like crawl spaces
