Temporary/Part time construction help

I am a small construction company and am looking for a semi skilled person to help complete several remodeling project. The work would start around end of November or the beginning of December. This is currently a short term gig. I usually handle most things solo, but these projects are hitting all at the same time. The person I am looking for is easy to work with, has versatility in knowledge-doesnt have to be expert just familiar, must be able to function around finish work (not a bull in a glass shop), takes instructions well, drug free, has valid drivers license with transportation, and is flexible with scheduling.
