Eagle Harbor Mechanical is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to the financial and project departments. This is a support role assisting in the daily operations of the company.
Salary
Salary at $50,000 – $60,000/yr DOQ (see below for benefits offered)
JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (other duties may be assigned)
Reception and phone answering, acknowledge deliveries and directing accordingly
Assist with Accounts Payables and Payroll
Office filing, ordering, copying, printing & misc. as assigned
Compile and complete large print jobs and binder compilations (safety plans, submittal books, etc.)
Compliance tracking, requesting & maintaining project compliance documentation (COI’s, W-9’s, Reseller Permits, etc.)
Assist with O&M (operation and maintenance) compilation and research
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Three years in office/administrative duties
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Professional
Prior work experience in a plumbing/HVAC or construction office
Mechanically inclined, good problem-solving skills
Organized and computer literate, ability to type efficiently on a standard keyboard
Ability to work in a team environment, communicate efficiently and articulate clearly
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal office environment
This position is located at our office in Tumwater, WA.
Typical office hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
