About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Baker Assistant to support our kitchen team in producing fresh, high-quality baked goods. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn the craft of baking.
Responsibilities
Assist bakers with daily preparation of breads, pastries, and other baked items
Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately
Operate ovens and other bakery equipment safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Package and label products for sale
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or bakery experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
