I’m looking for someone with a local following and online audience for full time work.This person would have the knowledge and experience in utilizing social media to promote their shifts.
This person would be someone who is passionate about charming men in a sexually charged setting.
-Physically fit, hair, nails, face, teeth card not declined. Confident wearing a microscopic bikini and heels.
-Someone who smiles easily and frequently.
Someone who habitually shows up on time, 10 minutes early.
Healthy, independent lifestyle.
I will not schedule around your boyfriend’s needs, wants, insecurities or drama.
Must maintain the “fantasy” .Someone’s who’s customer service goal is to be an uplifting part of their day.
There are rare situations it’s ok to deny service, (open drug use in the car or aggressive behavior) you’ll need to be assertive and follow your gut “ I can’t serve you, I have to go”and close the window.
-Be able to move your line with a 3-5 minute turn when necessary while putting out quality drinks. Golden, fluffy shots ✅
-Routinely implement safety protocols to avoid robberies (closing &locking the window in between cars, not opening the window before making sure the person isn’t wearing a ski-mask, Ect.
I’ve been in business since 2010, my coffee stand has a very generous, respectful customer base. I have an excellent location with a long term lease that yields new customers daily. The city of Everett approved an 80 million dollar ball field development project directly across the street over the next decade (Go Aquasox!) massive Construction is underway in close proximity.
-New hire must want to work.Not call out frequently. Must be willing to work 1 weekend shift in addition to 3 weekday shifts. I want someone who is money motivated & goal oriented.Someone who separates dilemmas of reality from work.
The stand is fully plumbed. No filling water tanks or leaving to use the restroom! We have a bathroom. We have air conditioning We also have a break room with a couch, a tv, makeup vanity table, WiFi, Netflix, ect for down time. The stand has a private patio with outdoor music speakers for employees & customers to enjoy during the summer. The stand is 2 minutes from the police station, located on a private lot with tinted windows so cheap creeps can’t drive by and stare at you.
Need current food handlers license.
In the workplace there shall be no drug use, no drinking, no sex toys, no touching, promoting prostitution online from within the business, stealing is obvious and termination is instant, scamming or compromising credit cards.We are busy, employees good money(3-400 hundred in tips daily + wage) .
