LE PICHET SEEKS PART TIME PREP COOK
Le Pichet seeks qualified candidates for the following position:
Part time, 3days/25-30 hour per week, shifts beginning at 6am
Tasks include non-pastry menu support including butchering and receiving orders.
Dessert and pastry prep.
Responsible for all house made charcutarie.
Cleaning and organizing Reach-ins on daily basis.
The ideal candidate would have:
Strong experience with French desserts and pastries, including breakfast pastries, laminated doughs, ice creams and sorbets.
Experience with butchering including fish and meat.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Self motivated / responsible / reliable.
Work with good sanitation and cleanliness.
Work well in a small, fast paced kitchen
Interest in and enthusiasm for traditional and regional French desserts and pastries.
2-3 Years’ experience in causal fine dinning.
Trial shift, resume and references required.
Compensation
Hourly, depending on experience $23-$24
