We are Habitation LLC. A Property Maintenance & Construction company serving the Seattle area. We are currently looking to fill two different positions within the company.
Seeking a cleaner for $23-24 per hour whos responsibilities include:
- Cleaning office spaces
- House Cleaning
- Cleaning Vacant Apartment units
- Cleaning Apartment Hallways
You will be provided a work vehicle to move between properties during the workday so you must have a clean driving record.
We are also seeking an a skilled construction laborer for $25-28 per hour whos responsibilities include:
- Assisting Journeymen in Apartment Remodels
- Sanding / Refinishing Floors
- Demoing Units
- Assisting with deliveries
- General Labor
