We’re seeking a Construction Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in construction to join our team at Blue Water Design Build LLC. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to support field operations, ensuring supervisors and crews have the resources needed to deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with estimating, purchasing, and project coordination.
Manage materials, equipment sourcing, and vendor relations.
Communicate schedules and updates with clients and field teams.
Attend project meetings and support close-out processes.
Identify opportunities for future client work and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
2+ years of construction experience (coordination experience required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn company software.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
