Seattle Top-End Home Builder Seeks Service Coordinator
We’re a local high-end home builder looking for a Service Coordinator to take charge of our busy Service Department.
The ideal applicant will have the can-do attitude of a customer service professional and the know-how of a construction project manager. This position requires impeccable organization and time management, responding to service requests promptly and tracking progress on dozens of projects simultaneously. Effective and courteous communication (both written and verbal) is imperative, maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients as we maintain their one-of-a-kind homes.
Primary job responsibilities:
Maintenance of service records and O&M manuals
Managing the service schedule and manpower
Proactive service reminders for our clients
Coordinating with subcontractors and the service team
Briefing company Principals on a daily and weekly basis
Project budget development and estimating
Preparation of monthly client billing summaries
Minimum requirements:
4-year college degree
High-level computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Project management or field experience
