2026 Seasonal Receptionist
Multi Firm office looking for a Seasonal Receptionist to Assist with our busy tax season.
Grass CPA & Associates is looking to hire a seasonal person to assist with our busy season. Grass CPA is a Tax and Accounting firm that currently owns 2 other firms that all operate out of our Renton Highland’s office. This person needs to be cheerful and have a pleasant outlook. You are the first person our clients encounter. This position requires attention to detail. With 3 firms, while procedures are similar for each firm there are differences.
Responsibilities include:
Answering Phones and Responding to Emails
Scheduling client appointments
Updating client information
Pulling and Filing client files
Assist our project manager for easy workflow of client work
Assist with managing our meeting schedules both physical and virtual
Collecting & processing payments
