Part-Time Fulfillment Warehouse Manager

Location: 2 blocks from SODO light-rail station

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Fulfillment Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce order fulfillment. The main purpose of this role is to ensure efficient handling of e-commerce orders, provide exceptional customer service, manage the warehouse and inventory, and primarily focus on shipping orders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Fulfill and ship e-commerce orders with precision and efficiency.

- Manage and organize warehouse inventory.

- Autonomously solve customer service issues via e-mail

- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

- Oversee the overall organization of the warehouse environment.

- Dropping off packages at UPS and USPS locations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid drivers license (driving is a must)

- Must live in greater Seattle area

- Organized, detail oriented, process driven individuals needed.

- Proven experience in order fulfillment, customer service, and shipping.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with Shopify, and customer service is a huge plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or relevant fields are a plus.

Work Location and Schedule:

This on-site position is located in SODO. It's a small fulfillment center where you will primarily be working alone. The work schedule includes 3-4 times a week in 3 hour shifts. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday). We are flexible and can work together to create a schedule that works for you. A total of around 12 hours per week to start.

Salary:

The pay for this position is $20/hr per hour to start.
