Location: Tacoma, WA (in-office to start, hybrid opportunity later)
Evergreen Home Exteriors is a well-established residential remodeling company based in Tacoma, serving the greater Seattle area. We’re hiring an in-house Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator to handle incoming leads and calls and set appointments for our sales reps to meet homeowners and provide estimates.
This role is all about working warm inquiries and keeping our sales team’s calendars full and organized.
What You’ll Do
Take incoming calls from our advertising and website and turn them into scheduled in-home estimate appointments.
Call back new leads quickly after they inquire online or by phone.
Ask a few simple qualifying questions so we’re sending the right rep to the right kind of project.
Set, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed to keep our sit rate high.
Keep clean notes and status updates in our systems so sales always knows what’s going on.
Communicate with sales reps about their calendars, gaps, and priorities.
Your success is measured by appointments set, appointments that actually sit, and calendar quality.
What We’re Looking For
Experience setting appointments or working phones in home improvement, construction, or similar in-home services.
Comfortable on the phone for most of the day—steady, professional, and confident.
Strong follow-through and organization; you don’t lose track of leads or callbacks.
Speed-to-lead mindset: you understand that calling people back quickly matters.
Reliable, coachable, and interested in growing with the company, not just “punching a clock.”
We’re not looking for someone average. We’re looking for someone who wants to be top of the stack in this kind of role and get paid that way.
What We Offer
$24-$28 per hour
Weekly bonus based on sit rate (the percentage of your scheduled appointments that actually happen).

Schedule & Location
Two full-time shifts available:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
