Part-Time Prestige Role Instructor Lineage Under a Grandmaster
White Dragon’s MMA — an elite, traditional-meets-modern martial arts school — is hiring two part-time instructors to join our team as we prepare for major expansion in 2026–2027.
We are looking for:
1. Full Contact Karate Instructor (Kids + Adults)
Requirements:
Black belt in any recognized Karate style
Strong fundamentals & ability to teach structured curriculum
Excellent communication & leadership
Reliability, discipline, respect for Budo
Great with children & families
Teaching experience preferred
Must align with dojo values

2. Muay Thai / Kickboxing / MMA Fundamentals Instructor
Requirements:
Significant striking & grappling experience (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or MMA) + Must know grappling & submissions.
Ability to run pads, drills, and conditioning
Experience sparring or competing preferred
Strong presence and teaching ability
Discipline, utmost humility, professionalism
Must align with dojo culture
What We Offer
$25–$35 per hour
Very low weekly hours (ideal for someone with another job)
Full training & certification in White Dragon’s MMA curriculum
