As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for energetic Pilates Reformer Instructors who are excited to help shape our studio culture and build a loyal client base from the ground up.
Duties:
Lead high-quality, safe, and engaging Pilates Reformer classes for individuals and/or small groups
Tailor workouts to accommodate all skill levels
Offer modifications, adjustments, and encouragement as needed
Provide an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk in the door
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio environment
Provide clear instruction on proper techniques and body mechanics to ensure safe practice
Support the growth of the studio by promoting classes and building relationships with clients
Assist in creating a positive, team-oriented atmosphere as one of the studio’s founding instructors
Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and program design to enhance instructional quality
Skills
Pilates certification or equivalent with a solid understanding of body mechanics and anatomy knowledge
Strong communication skills with the ability to teach effectively and motivate clients
A passion for promoting health and wellness within the community
