Qualifications:

- Current 02 electrical license required

- 2+ years of experience performing diagnostic, and sales calls required

- Valid Driver’s License with good driving history required

- Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check

- Strong customer service skills

- Detail oriented with excellent time management

- Ability to work independently

- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

- Computer literate

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Have empathy and be an effective listener

- Great work ethic

- Have patience, ability to take initiative, and also a positive attitude

- Flexible to season demands

- Punctuality

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics and repairs on residential electrical systems

- Deliver outstanding customer service at every appointment

- Present multiple repair options and recommend proactive solutions

- Accurately prepare estimates and explain service agreements

- Communicate effectively with office and warehouse

- Enjoy talking with customers both on the phone and in person

- Maintain strong working relationships with team members

- Document visits and complete required forms

- Participate in rotating on call schedules, including nights and weekends

- Follow all electrical codes and safety standards

This is a non-exempt position. Work hours will vary based on the seasonality needs of the business, including overtime
