Duties
Finish projects on time and within budget. May work alone or with a small crew depending on the job.
Maintain painting tools and equipment provided by the company.
Keep the job site clean and organized every day. Set up in the morning and clean up at the end of the day.
Sand, caulk, spackle, prime, and mask surfaces before painting.
Paint using spray, brush, and roller methods with good technique and attention to detail.
Help co-workers by refilling pumps, moving ladders safely, and teaching new team members.
Follow company protocols and processes carefully while always looking for the most efficient way to work.
Communicate with project managers every day about job progress, any problems, and overall status.
Set clear goals for each day and report back on your progress.
Requirements
5+ years of experience (new construction painting preferred)
Bilingual - Spanish/English
Reliable transportation and Driver's License
Smart phone with data plan
