Small Burien based painting and restoration company - in business for 47 years
Interested parties MUST:
Have at least 5 years of continuous professional painting and/or restoration experience - including drywall, plaster, staining, etc.
Be able to set up, operate, clean and maintain (including replacing pump kits) paint sprayers at both a production level and fine finish level
Be able to hand paint with a paint brush - and achieve straight, even lines along all ceilings and trim
Be able to climb and work from ladders for at least 8 hours per day - up to 40 ft.
Be able to carry and load ladders (up to 40 ft.) onto tops of work vehicles
Be able to trouble-shoot and remedy worksite situations in real time
Be able to take directions, equally as well as being able to manage a project and oversee others - if/when needed.
Be able to communicate with clients, vendors and other contractors
Be able to read blueprints and plans
Have intermediate computer skills. Read and edit Word and Excel documents Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other construction software.
Be proficient with construction-related paperwork; daily reports, change orders, etc.
Basic to intermediate construction skills, a plus
Estimating skills, a plus
Current driver’s license with a record free/few traffic violations/offenses/accidents
Possess a vehicle along with insurance
