We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lead Installer to oversee and execute installation projects with precision and care. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in installation within the Commercial construction sector, demonstrating a track record of successful project completion and leadership. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about building and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

-Supervise and train installation team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.

-Coordinate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

-Conduct site evaluations, prepare installation plans, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available and prepared for each project.

-Implement and adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.

-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project details, progress reports, and inventory management.

-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed project.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in installation within the Commercial industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, contractors, and clients.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

A commitment to safety, with knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in construction or related fields preferred.
