Local company looking for a full time book keeper/administrative assistant. Must be hardworking, reliable, passionate about their work, pay attention to detail, and be a valuable member to our growing team. Will be responsible for daily tasks such as pulling checking accounts, collecting receipts, entering transactions, running reports, creating proformas, and have a good overall understanding of technology. Will need to be trained and efficient in Quickbook (online and desktop versions), printing Quickbooks reports, filing (paper and online files), tax practices (1099’s and W2’s), payroll, accounts payable/accounts receivable, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and spreadsheets. Person with knowledge of LLC’s and LLC setups is a plus. Must be willing to learn and expand on their skills in any way needed. Credit and Background checks will be required prior to hiring.
