- 3+ years' experience in IT Business Analyst role/s with ability to read XML
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills and be capable of reviewing/triaging information from a variety of sources for multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills and testing skills
- A track record of understanding customer needs and project scope and working with a development team to come up with creative solutions to meet those needs within scope
- Experience working with diverse personalities and user groups (ex: development team, state partner, third-party customers)
