Boss Industrial is currently hiring 3–4 reliable general laborers to assist with closing operations in our warehouse facility. The primary focus of this role is the safe removal of products from shelving units, disassembling shelves, organizing remaining inventory, and preparing the facility for closure. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting with assistance.
Requirements:
Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift and maneuver up to 120 lbs with assistance (team lift or using equipment).
Material Handling: Prior experience in a warehouse, moving company, or construction environment is a plus.
Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to the full duration of the project.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a small team (3–4 people) to meet daily deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift Experience: Previous certification or hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift is highly preferred.
Physical Demands:
Constant standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
