We are seeking a part-time Project Manager with strong skills in local entitlements, HOA approvals, lot fit analysis, and residential design. Ideal candidates are proficient in AutoCAD, understand architectural plans, and can support custom home projects during early design and pre-construction phases.
Responsibilities
Manage entitlement, permitting, and HOA design review tasks on a part-time basis.
Perform lot fit and site feasibility analysis, including setbacks, grading, and buildability.
Prepare and revise site plans, floor plans, and elevations using AutoCAD.
Support coordination with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
Communicate with clients, jurisdictions, and HOAs throughout the approval process.
Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in custom homes, residential design, or construction management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read/interpret architectural and civil plans.
Strong understanding of local zoning, permitting, and HOA requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with flexible part-time hours.
