Description We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager who has experience in streamlining various administrative procedures in a dynamic work environment. If you are someone who is committed to developing office management strategies and displays tenacity in solving administrative challenges, we want to hear from you. The individual we are looking for needs to have a deep understanding of HR responsibilities, payroll, facilities management, and accounts payable/accounts receivable using QuickBooks online. Our ideal candidate should also be familiar with ADP WFN to manage HR & payroll services effectively.Role and Responsibilities:

Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness.

Support the HR department with employee documentation, recruitment processes, and employee relations.

Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now and oversee all related transactions.

Oversee the management of office facilities, including utilities and maintenance.

Manage accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online, ensuring timely processes for all transactions.

Assist in the budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for the company.

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and ordering when necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as an office manager or a similar role.

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online for managing AP/AR.

Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for managing payroll.

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.

Familiarity with the basic principles of HR, finance, and accounting.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields.
