Description:The sales development manager needs to be a professional with a proven ground telemetry (TM) sales track record. You must be an organized, self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a dynamic environment. You will work from a home office (anywhere in the Western USA but preferably near some Major Range and Test Facility Bases (MRTFB)) selling End-to-End (E2E) telemetry solutions – from signal to display – to the DoD, Primes, Integrators, NASA and commercial customers for our rapidly growing tech company.Skills:Sales, Development, Project management, Manufacturing, Aerospace and defense, Business development, Account management, Sales management, Business managementTop Skills Details:Sales,Development,Project management,Manufacturing,Aerospace and defenseAdditional Skills & Qualifications: BA/ BS in a tech-based degree Must have a successful sales track record selling to DoD sites, Prime and Integrator facilities Must have a working knowledge of ground telemetry – signal to display Must be a highly organized self-starter who can operate independently, managing travel schedule, sales calls, and customer follow-up Must work well with a team of fellow sales leads and engineering staff Must be able to quickly learn company products/solutions Must be an outstanding communicator – written, verbal and presenting Must be loyal and looking for long term employment Have or be able to obtain an active U.S. security clearanceExperience Level:Expert LevelAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
