We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Grower Accounting Specialist to oversee all financial aspects related to our grower relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate with growers and internal stakeholders.
Manage all financial transactions and processes related to grower accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, providing financial guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with internal staff and outside managers to ensure accurate and timely recording of grower-related transactions in the accounting system. Excellent pay and benefits
