The Marketing Automation Manager oversees all aspects of client success, campaign execution, and team operations. This role is responsible for managing client onboarding, communication, and performance reporting while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality, on-time work. The manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, driving results through automation, organization, and leadership.
Deliverables:
- Send and finalize client proposals; conduct onboarding meetings and collect necessary forms and logins
- Lead weekly client meetings, maintain relationships, and escalate issues as needed
- Assign and oversee team tasks, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Track KPIs weekly, compile reports, and monitor client performance and satisfaction
- Manage hiring efforts — post roles, interview, and train new hires or interns
- Attend leadership syncs, report key updates, and recommend process improvements
- Ensure campaigns and promotions are compliant, brand-aligned, and performance-optimized
- Monitor payments, renewals, and contract statuses across all accounts
