The Role:
Preparing, warming, holding, grilling and assembling food
Presenting dishes
Station/Food set up (attractive display, buffet, table plating)
Manage food delivery and storage
Inventory management (food labeling, rotation etc.)
Menu planning collaboration with management
Kitchen staff oversight
Scheduling
Cleaning & sanitation
Following health & safety guidelines
