Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – Book Bindings
City: Bellflower, CA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting book bindings and printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements, including legal books and other specialty products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect books for defects such as loose binding, misalignment, trimming issues, glue defects, and cover imperfections.
Verify titles, spines, tabs, and layouts match client specifications.
Perform in-process and final inspections throughout the binding process.
Record inspection results and report defects to supervisors.
Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications:
Experience in quality control or bindery/printing preferred, but not required no experience needed!
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read job orders and use basic measuring tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
