A historic landmark and residential community in Pasadena, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time cleaner.
Position Details:
Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways and common areas.
Dust wood moldings and surfaces.
Clean restrooms and event spaces.
Collect and dispose of trash from all floors.
Assist with setup/cleanup for special events as needed.
Report any maintenance or safety issues.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Professional, courteous, and punctual.
Compensation:
$18.50 per hour
