Experienced Probate Paralegal Needed

An established document preparation firm is in need of a paralegal/legal document assistant, 16 to 19 hours a week, three times a week, 24.50 per hour, paid on a 1099 invoice monthly (independent contractor/ no taxes withheld). Applicant must have past legal document or paralegal experience in probate procedure with a firm understanding of the Judicial Council forms surrounding decedent’s estate. Applicant should be a good listener and patient. Good opportunity for the right person. Could turn into more work down the line. Remote okay, although must live in Southern California.
