About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our professional team. This role is essential to our operation—responsible for creating accurate estimates, maintaining communication with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring repairs meet OEM standards from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using CCC One
Communicate consistently with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, and customers
Review OEM repair procedures and verify repair accuracy
Coordinate with technicians and production staff to maintain workflow efficiency
Ensure all repairs meet our quality and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an auto body estimator
Must have DRP experience — current DRP accounts include State Farm, AAA, and Infinity Insurance
Strong understanding of collision repair and insurance claim processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some Saturdays as needed)
Shop remains open during lunch
Estimators are expected to start earlier and stay later as needed to complete estimates and assist customers
