Job Title: Office Assistant / Secretary – Automotive Industry

Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly Starting at $25/hour | In-Person

Location: West Los Angeles, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Assistant / Secretary to support the front office operations of our well-established automotive repair business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative or office work, with bonus consideration for backgrounds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and managing daily front desk operations

Scheduling and confirming customer appointments

Taking detailed meeting notes and following up on action items

Filing, document organization, and supply inventory

Receiving and sending mail/packages

Drafting correspondence and handling customer communication

Using digital tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and spreadsheets

Assisting with social media updates and promotional content

Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for customers and vendors

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role

Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus

Proficiency in Google Docs, Gmail, Sheets, and online scheduling tools

Strong organizational and communication skills

Dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented

High school diploma or equivalent required
