Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, coordinating with production, handling shipping logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media to understand their needs and provide product information.
Accept and process orders accurately, ensuring all details are correctly captured and communicated to the production team.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
Handle shipping logistics, ensuring products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain and update customer records in our database.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers.
Participate in promotional events and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the printing or apparel industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Preferable Qualifications:
Proficiency in Russian language.
Skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
