Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment, assisting customers via phone and email, and handling medical billing tasks. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and efficient service Assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner Utilize your skills in call center customer service to create a positive experience for each customer Handle medical billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Monitor and manage customer service inquiries, escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate team or individual Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall customer service goals Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to customer service Continually strive to improve customer service skills, product knowledge, and industry knowledge. Requirements Proven experience in a call center or customer-facing role Demonstrated proficiency in providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with medical billing procedures and terminologies Ability to assist customers with their queries and resolve issues promptly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure Proficiency in using customer relationship management software Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Willingness to work in shifts as customer service often requires 24/7 coverage High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
