Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Newport Beach, California. The role primarily involves answering incoming calls and emails and providing assistance to customers. The professional will be working in a call center setting and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service.Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers Provide accurate information and assistance to customers based on their inquiries Utilize strong knowledge of medical billing to provide detailed explanations to customers Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Work collaboratively within the call center team to achieve shared goals Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up on customer interactions when necessary Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate services Stay updated with the latest policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing discrepancies. Strong understanding of medical billing processes and procedures. Ability to multitask and manage high volume of calls effectively. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain customer satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus. Good understanding of office practices and methods. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of effective customer service techniques. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge in the customer service field.
