(North County San Diego – Primarily Remote)
We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable/Operations Coordinator to support a tech business and a small property management portfolio. This is a part-time role for someone with strong Accounts Receivable experience who is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable handling light operations and administrative work. The position is primarily remote, and we are looking for someone located in North County San Diego.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including contacting customers and tenants to collect payments—primarily by text and email, with occasional phone calls
Maintain accurate AR records for both the software company and multiple properties
Review physical mail
Support the property owner with occasional property-management duties
Support general administrative and operational tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Proven, high-level Accounts Receivable experience
Strong QuickBooks knowledge
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Intermediate to advanced technology skills
Clear, reliable communication
Excellent work references
Ability to visit the Oceanside home office up to two times per month
Hourly Rate Based Upon Experience
