We are looking for reliable, compassionate, dedicated people to join our amazing team of caregivers.
We currently have full-time, weekend, overnight and on-call positions available in our four adult residential facilities. We are located in El Cajon, Harbison Canyon, Lakeside, and Santee.
Positions are for Direct Support Personnel (DSP) who will assist our residents with daily living skills, personal care, housekeeping, community integration and much more.

Minimum Qualifications:
Before employment begins you must have:
Criminal Record Clearance (Live scan) submitted and approved.
You must be 18 years of age prior to employment and legally be able to work in the state of California. Verifiable by government issued ID.
You must pass a health screening that includes tuberculosis test and physical.
You must have a current Adult First Aid certificate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Assisting residents with their daily living skills.
· Food preparation, food handling, serving of meals.
· Following daily schedule, behavioral plans, and activities.
· Maintaining daily written documentation.
· Assisting residents with housekeeping and laundry.
· Chaperoning community activities, appointments and outings.
