Embroidery machine operator - computer skills a MUST!
Has to be familiar with digitization and able to edit embroidery files on computer to send to machines.
Are you an experienced embroidery operator with apparel industry experience? If so, we want to meet you! We are a popular and busy embroidery apparel company looking for qualified candidates to run our embroidery department Mon-Fri and some Saturdays.
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The right person for this position will have at preferred 2 years of professional embroidery experience in the apparel industry & Digitization & Computer Skills. This person will have an eye for detail and value contributing to a culture of accuracy. We are a fun company that works hard.

Tasks Include:
Embroidery, hooping, thread changes, and running the machine
Light Maintenance of embroidery machines
Knowledge with Digitization & Computer Skills In Order To Edit And program Designs To Be Sent To Machines
Track and prepare supplies for upcoming orders
Time and track all tasks
Read and understand work orders
Continue to research sewing and embroidery to improve our quality, efficiencies, skill, and overall knowledge
Identify incoming boxes for order to be printed
Receive, open, count, sort, stack, check in all incoming garments
Package finished printed garments in preparation for shipping
Package and ship outgoing orders
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 years of professional embroidery experience is mandatory
Digitization & Computer Skills required
6 months of embroidery operator experience is mandatory
Must be in Yuma AZ area or have plans to relocate to Yuma immediately
Reliable form of transportation
Lift and/or move up to 50lbs at times
Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception, and the ability to identify colors
Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in - English

8 hour shift

A minimum of 2 years of professional embroidery experience, to include proficiency in the design side of editing designs on computer, prior to sending design to the machine are required to be considered for this position.
