Knox Attorney Service is looking for a part-time employee to fill a position as a client service representative's assistant and data entry clerk. Hours are Noon to 5 p.m. to start. Must be flexible with hours. May need to work until 6 p.m. following training period. Responsibilities include preparing incoming work orders from legal clientele to send out for service to the field reps, sending mailings out, provide status updates to the clients by phone and email, and assisting CSR's with general duties, and data entry on our ordering system. Computer experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required as well as excellent communication skills including written and verbal English skills. Must be dependable. Must be able to work at a fast-pace while multi-tasking.
