I am seeking an experienced residential manager for my 16 unit apartment complex to live on site. It is located in the Bay Park neighborhood of San Diego. It is an extremely friendly community with a minimum amount of apartment turn over.
You would live in a one bedroom apartment and receive a $650 reduction in your monthly rent. In addition, there would be hourly pay for any work that you would do.
The majority of your work would be collecting and depositing rent, day to day interactions with tenants, minor repairs and landscape sweeping and watering. In addition, there would be the freshening up any vacant apartments and all steps to re-lease them.
When a tenant gives notice that they will be leaving, your job would be to work with them in order for you to show their apartment to prospective tenants and qualify them. When they vacate, you would step in to help prepare the unit and bring it up to high standards. If outside contractors are required, such as non-routine plumbing, carpet cleaners or installers, complete repainting if necessary or major repairs, these experts would help you. Basic cleaning, repairing, minor wall patching and paint touch up would be part of your job.
