-Ability to use and quickly learn technology Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding software
-Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once
-Experience with with Yardi PM software is a plus
-Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing to a budget
