Accounts Payable Clerk (Part Time)

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Santa Monica, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our accounts payable processes. This includes account reconciliation, check runs, coding invoices, and data entry. This opportunity will consider remote candidates. Responsibilities: Efficient and accurate processing of invoices Regularly perform account reconciliations Execute check runs in a timely manner Apply appropriate codes to invoices Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate and up-to-date Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes Experience in Check Runs is preferred Ability to handle Coding Invoices efficiently Strong Data Entry skills are essential Prior experience in Invoice Processing is desirable Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required Familiarity with Oracle is a plus Proficiency in QuickBooks is desired Knowledge of SAP is an advantage Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
