Starting salary up to $66.17/hour ($138,104/year) and a competitive total compensation package!
NOTE: This position requires current, active State of California licensure or certification as one of the following:
Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Marriage and Family Therapist
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Registered Nurse
Licensed Psychologist
The ideal candidate to join the Substance Use Disorder and Community Recovery Services team will be passionate about helping to provide necessary services to the community. In addition, they will possess many of the following:
Prior experience with behavioral health programs, specifically providing alcohol and other drug services
Knowledge of principles of mental health and substance use disorder recovery, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction
Familiarity with local community-based organizations providing services to our clients
Experience supervising professional clinical staff
Ability to take initiative to solve complex issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and present in public forums
Experience performing research and data evaluation
