Essential Job Responsibilities
Hands on knowledge of Amada Press Brake operation.
Demonstrated abilities in machine set-up and fabrication of sheet metal components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, communicate clearly.
Accurate math skills including algebra and geometry.
Ability to use all types of inspection tools including calipers, height gage etc.
Maintain established safety practices in set-up and operation of equipment.
Self motivated, desire to learn and grow with company.
Technical Requirements
Working knowledge of Amada Press Brakes utilizing NC9-Ex controls.
Complete knowledge of Brake tooling and applications.
Perform visual, dimensional and first part inspection of components.
Perform in process quality checks (S.P.C.) of critical components to meet established requirements.
Personal tools to meet the requirements of the position.
