Dance Studio Office Manager
The Dance Center is looking for a dynamic office manager for the front office of our busy dance studio.
The ideal candidate is skilled in customer service, thrives on organization, and has experience managing business operations. We’re seeking someone who is community-driven with excellent communication skills, takes initiative to own tasks and thinks strategically, while also being able to collaborate with and supervise a small team.
The position is approximately 25-30 hours/week, Mondays through Fridays with an occasional Saturday morning. Hours are 1-6 pm with some flexibility, shorter hours on Fridays. Includes administrative work as well as being present for customer service at the desk during afternoon/evening classes. Immediate start date, includes training with current office manager.
Pay is negotiable based on experience and skills. Candidates with experience in event planning, customer service, and administrative excellence are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Organize office operations & procedures
Manage vendors and service providers, maintain office supplies inventory
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assign and monitor administrative and customer service responsibilities among front desk staff
Supervise 2-3 front desk staff - responsible for training and support
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
