Job Description: Operations Assistant in Soquel.

Are you a quick learner? We are seeking a sharp-eyed, detail-oriented individual who enjoys real teamwork. It is an entry-level position with advancement opportunities.
We provide consulting services and full packages of door, window, cabinet and custom builder's hardware, with locations in Soquel and San Francisco. Our Operations work in Soquel plays an important role in shipping out a great variety of fine decorative and mechanical hardware to construction projects throughout the country. In this position you will assist in quality control inspection, sorting and assembling all components for orders while learning every day about a subject that most people take for granted.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, likes working with his/her hands, and has good problem solving and communication skills. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Typical duties include collaborating with others to process incoming and outgoing shipments, careful inspection and packaging of products, and communicating with project managers, vendors and shippers. We provide ongoing training to learn and master our system for processing all relevant documents.
