Rugged Radios is a leading manufacturer of direct-to-consumer two-way radios and related communication products. We are a growing company looking for an experienced and dynamic Amazon E-commerce Expert to join our team and help support our growth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Amazon E-commerce Expert with a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and email marketing to oversee and optimize our Amazon sales channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in eBay management, fulfillment processes, conversion optimization, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving online store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Amazon store, ensuring all product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.

Lead digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, to drive traffic and increase sales.

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and advertising strategies on Amazon and eBay.

Support inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon support and account representatives.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to develop strategies for growth and improve conversion rates.

Address and resolve customer service issues related to product reviews and account health.

Assist with accounts receivables and external affairs to ensure smooth financial operations.

Collaborate with the FP&A team to provide insights and reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an Amazon store or similar e-commerce platform.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and other relevant tools and platforms.

Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and fulfillment processes.

Proven experience with eBay management and external affairs.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve conversion rates.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related course of study

Competitive pay commensurate with experience (Hourly plus bi-monthly commission on sales)
