About Us:

Rugged Radios is a leading manufacturer of direct-to-consumer two-way radios and related communication products. We are a growing company looking for an experienced and dynamic Amazon E-commerce Specialist-Amazon Fulfillment Experience Required to join our team and help support our growth. This is an in-house position based in the San Luis Obispo / Santa Maria / Five Cities area of the Central Coast.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a true Amazon E-commerce Expert with extensive experience in managing and optimizing Amazon sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Amazon e-commerce, including Amazon digital marketing and Amazon email marketing. In addition to Amazon expertise, experience in eBay management, fulfillment processes, and conversion optimization is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and significantly improving the performance of both Amazon and eBay online stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Amazon store, ensuring all product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO.

Lead digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, to drive traffic and increase sales.

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and advertising strategies on Amazon and eBay.

Support inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon support and account representatives.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to develop strategies for growth and improve conversion rates.

Address and resolve customer service issues related to product reviews and account health.

Assist with accounts receivables and external affairs to ensure smooth financial operations.

Collaborate with the FP&A team to provide insights and reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an Amazon store or similar e-commerce platform.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and other relevant tools and platforms.

Experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and fulfillment processes.

Proven experience with eBay management and external affairs.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve conversion rates.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a temp to hire position. The position requires a newly hired employee to complete an introductory period of up to 90 days before transitioning to a permanent position with the company.

Competitive pay commensurate with experience (Hourly plus bi-monthly commission on sales).
