Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join a school based in the greater Boulder, Colorado area to work with high school students. This position is scheduled to work 37.5 hours a week Monday through Friday.This individual will provide behavioral consultation and coaching to Autism Spectrum Programs (ASD) to support teams in meeting students individual needs and improving academic and social competencies. Lead the development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSP) using evidence-based practices from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and report on student data from functional behavior assessments (FBA) and other evaluations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to adjust BSPs, attend IEP meetings, and ensure consistent quality programming across the district. Train and coach staff on behavior intervention strategies, data collection, and crisis response. Participate in professional development and district leadership meetings to support continuous learning and program improvement. Work with families and community service providers to ensure successful outcomes in school, home, and community settings.The hourly pay for this position is $35-$50. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Active BCBA Adjunct Authorization from the Colorado Department of Education or must have the application in process
Active National BCBA license - 3 or more years of experience working within schools
CPI training
Training in trauma informed or restorative practices or social emotional curriculum to students
Bilingual or biliterate in Spanish/English null
